Robert took this photo from the balcony as I read in front of a painting by Clay James. Closest to me you can see the student-poets from Montessori at Sandy Ford, (bottom to top) Margaret Erikson, Michael Dennis, Connor Bost, and Marie Erikson. Although you can’t see them all in the photo, I counted 47 people in attendance. It was a big thrill for the students (and the adult poets as well) to have such a crowd to hear their poems. The next reading will be March 8; the deadline to submit poems will be Feb 22; and the last eligible exhibit will be up by Jan 18. Join the fun.
